Dedication versus money.

For decades people have been trying to find the short cut to losing weight.  Most people do not want to actually work hard for it, so they choose an “easier” but more expensive route. Which may be costly to you future health.  Recently a new procedure has come out that is call “Vanquish”, it has been said that this new high tech procedure will heat up your fat cells and make them basically “vanish”.  The machine is seen by some people as the new way to manage your fat or weight. It heats up the fat cells to 113 degrees and kills them.  They state that after only four sessions the fat cells will reduce to 27%.  This all sounds great however the main question that should be on anyone’s mind at this point is how much is one session?  This answer is roughly around $625!  Why in the world would anyone pay that much for a procedure that the FDA has not even approved for a weight loss procedure?  “Vanquish” has been approved for pain relief, reduce muscle spasms, and increase blood flow. They even state that no promises are being made that it will work on everyone for fat loss.  Instead of paying for some ludicrous heating device, why wouldn’t someone just go to a gym to exercise, take a run outdoors or just eat healthy?  Gym memberships can sometimes be costly I do agree. However, I would prefer to pay $20 a month, eat healthy and feel good about myself knowing that I did it.  I pushed myself to be the healthiest person I can be while also still having $605 in my bank account.  Daily exercise is a great way to control weight, releases tension and many more health benefits.  Overall exercising makes you feel like a stronger more confident person.
